Matthew Steven Fay, age 25 of Clinton, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Mercy West Hospital, Knoxville, TN after a lengthy illness. He majored in marketing at ETSU, loved snowboarding and video games. He was a member of Clinton First Baptist Church. His strong faith, determination and keen sense of humor inspired many. Matthew is extremely loved by all that knew him.

He is survived by his parents, Gregory & Nancy Fay of Clinton; brother, Ian Thomas Fay of Washington, D.C.; and fianc�, Tiffani Casalenuovo.

Other survivors include grandmothers: Claire Fay & Jane Watson of Virginia Beach, VA; uncles & aunts: Patricia & Terry Mattke, Bernice & Jack Pope, Sharon Briggs, Ken & Carol Fay, Linda Watson & Margaret & Bob Fox; many cousins and dear friends.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at First Baptist Church, Clinton, TN. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. with graveside services immediately following at Grandview Memorial Gardens in Clinton with Rev. Stan Elliott, Rev. Terry Baker & Rev. Tim Earl officiating. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements.
