Martha "Marty" Johnson McBroom, age 60, went to her heavenly home on December 30, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by her family and friends. Marty was a loving mother, wife, Gigi, and friend. Her smile was contagious, and she was a light to anyone that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Blaine Franklin "Frank" Johnson and mother, Tommie Gail Johnson of Halls Crossroads, Tennessee.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Gregory McBroom; daughter Chesney McBroom; son Patrick Parten and wife Jimmie; daughter Christy Robin; grandchildren Parker Parten and Kai Robin; sisters Cindy (Bob) Taliaferro and Stacey (Fred) Jenkins, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank UT Hospice, especially her nurse Justin Bradshaw, for all of their love and care. Also, a special thank you to friends, Rhoni Standefer, Crystal Barker, and Tina Leinart.

The family will be Receiving friends on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Second Baptist Church in Clinton from 5-7pm with a Celebration of Life to follow. www.holleygamble.com
