Mark David Stansberry, age 39 of Knoxville, TN passed away Sunday, May 1, 2011, at his home. He was a member of Lincoln Park Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Central High School. He loved his family very much especially his daughter, Morgan Brianne Stansberry, and his mother, Sandra W. Stansberry. He was also an avid outdoorsman and fisherman and enjoyed many great times on local lakes.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Wallace Stansberry, and his grandmother, Dorothy Cooper, and special aunt and uncle, Dorothy and Jack Taylor.

Survived by mother; daughter; brother and wife Tony and Jenny Stansberry of Knoxville; niece Anne McCall Stansberry of Knoxville; grandfather, Kenneth Cooper of Knoxville and many other relatives including special cousins Scott Taylor of Knoxville, David Taylor of Clemmons, N.C., and Jeanne Padgett of Knoxville.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 4, 2011 from 10-11:00AM at Lincoln Park Baptist Church in Knoxville. The funeral service will begin at 11 o'clock with Rev.
John Holland officiating. Burial will follow at Knob Creek Cemetery in Seymour, TN. Pallbearers will be David Taylor, Scott Taylor, Jerry Bedwell, Danny Jones, Brent Walker and Monroe Childress. In lieu of flowers, family request donations to be made to Lincoln Park Baptist Church Youth Group, 830 Chicamauga Ave., Knoxville, TN 37917.
