Mark Armstrong Kreis, age 38, of Clinton began his new life with Jesus on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 and was welcomed home by grandparents; Bill & June Kreis, Billie L. Gallaher and Dr. Charles B. Armstrong, & Reece and Dorothy Gamble. Mark was a special child of God who loved life, family, and friends. Throughout his life Mark touched and inspired others with his contagious smile and loving heart. Mark was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the University of Tennessee Medical Center for their excellent care during Marks extended illnesses, as well as his many caregivers at RHA especially Adama, Tony, Mary Beth, and Wilson.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm, Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Memorial United Methodist Church in Clinton with a celebration of life service to follow. Friends and family will meet at 11:30 am, Friday at Holley Gamble Funeral Home and go in procession to Grandview Memorial Garden for a 12:00 noon graveside service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House, 1705 West Clinch Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37916 or Coalfield High School Athletic Dept., Coalfield, TN 37719. Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.
