Marie Boling, age 81, of Clinton, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Marie was born on February 7, 1932 to the late James and Obra Bell Ruckert Swaggerty in Knoxville, TN. Marie was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She was a radiantly attractive person who truly lived a life that reflected the life of Jesus Christ. While she will be sadly missed by family and friends, a celebration of her life will be ongoing in the lives of those she touched. She was a member of the Clinton First Baptist Church. Marie retired for the Anderson County Schools after working there for 32 years where she was the Secretary at Clinton High School. In Addition to her parents, Marie is preceded in death by Sisters, Ruby Jones and Mildred Jinks.

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 1-2PM with the funeral service to follow at 2:00PM in the chapel with Wes Boling officiating.
