Willie Marcella Smith, age 81, of Lafollette, passed away on Tuesday March 26, 2013 at the Tennova Healthcare in Lafollette. She was born on June 3, 1931 in Gates, KY to the late Charles Fox Sr. and Myrtle Hall. Marcella was a special woman when loved to help others. She supported many foundations some being St. Jude's, Feed the children and St. Labre Indian School. Her hobbies were cooking and crocheting; she would make hats, scarves and blankets and donate then to people who needed them. She truly loved life. Marcella will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents Marcella is preceded in death by: Husband, James Russell Smith and all her brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City on Friday, March 29, 2013 from 1-2PM with the funeral service to follow at 2:00PM with the Rev. James Adkins officiating. Interment will be held at the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens following the funeral service.
