Marcella Lynn "Tootsie" Duty, age 57 of Lafollette passed away on September 22, 2021.
She is preceded in death by parents, Warren Leach, Jr. and Mary Belle Williamson; sisters, Ellen Sue Leach, Katherine "Katie" Leach; brothers, Ralph Leach, Gary Leach.
She is survived by: son, Brandon Lee Leach and 2 grandchildren; sisters, Maxine Suttles, Phyllis and Steve Bailey of Lafollette; brothers, Randy Leach and Lindy Hooper of Clatskanine, Oregon, James Stacy "Bub" Leach, David and Donna Leach, Keith Wright all of Lafollette; special friend, Mary James; a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
