Macel Bernice Kesterson, age 94 of Clinton, went to be with the Lord Saturday, June 23, 2018. She was a member of Glenwood Baptist Church in Oak Ridge.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Otis Kesterson; son, Leon Kesterson and one great grandchild; Parents; one sister and three brothers.

She is survived by her daughter, Faye Weaver of Clinton; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; sister, Trelis Stephens of Clinton and brother, Kermit Byrd of Lake City; along with a host of extended family members.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 1-2 pm in the Clinton Chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with services to follow at 2 pm with Rev. Mark Walton of Glenwood Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Clinch River Baptist Church Cemetery in Lake City.
