Hatmaker, Lucille Hutson of Andersonville went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Norris Health and Rehabilitation Center in Norris, TN. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Andersonville where she was a faithful member of Delta Rho Sunday School Class. She was a member of the choir and taught GA's for many years with her twin sister, Lucy Sharp. She was also a member of Order of the Eastern Star Clinch Valley 369.
Lucille loved visiting with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She had a joyful countenance and enjoying visiting the elderly and shut-ins through the years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. D. Hatmaker; her parents John and Lucy Bell (Cooper) Hutson; brothers and sisters: Reuben (Mary) Hutson, Bryan (Mary) Hutson, Luther (Juanita) Hutson, Clyde (Betty) Hutson, James Hutson, Hubert Hutson, and Vaughn Hutson; Cora (John) Rutherford, Edna (Garland) Gentry, Estelle (Riley)Milligan, Thelma (Ezra) Treece, Kate (Wheeler) Melton, Pauline (Grady) Riggs, and brother-in-law George Sharp.
She is survived by her twin sister, Lucy Hutson Sharp of Andersonville; sons: Gary (Linda) Hatmaker of Andersonville and Mark Hatmaker of Clinton; Grandchildren: John (Robin) Hatmaker of Clinton, Wesley (Dionne) Hatmaker of Clinton, and Annette (Scott) Legg of Soddy-Daisy; Great-Grandchildren: Allison Hatmaker, Caitlyn Hatmaker, Whitney Hatmaker, Alex Hatmaker, Weston Hatmaker, Ethan Legg, Lauren Hatmaker, Brookelyn Legg, Averee Legg, and Reese Legg.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Graveside services at Norris Memorial Gardens following the visitation.
