Lucile Golden Massengill, age 85, of Andersonville passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Wallace H. Massengill; two young sons, Wallace David "Buddy" and Larry Joe "Joey"; parents, Anna Foster Golden and David Golden; sister, Dorthy Hale and brother, D.C. Golden.

The family will receive friends 1:00-2:00 pm, Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home. Her graveside service will follow at Sunset Cemetery. Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements. holleygamblefh.com
