Linda Lee Phipps, age 67, passed away on June 2, 2016 at North Knoxville Medical Center. She was an awesome mother and "Grammer" who loved her grandbabies. Linda also truly enjoyed nature, especially birds and fishing. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl D. Smith; husband, James Phipps and brother, Randy Smith.
