Lila Richmond Baker joined her Lord and waiting family in Heaven on the morning of June 20, 2021 at the age of 97. She passed peacefully and in the comfort and care of family at 4:15 am Sunday. Lila was born in Goochland County Virginia on March 17, 1924 to the loving arms of Stanley and Nettie Richmond and their close-knit family with 7 siblings. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Frederick E. Baker, brother Mike, his wife Sarah and son Jimmy, brothers Dayton and Robert, sisters Pearl, Francis and Ruby, and grandson David. Lila is survived by her brother Stanley Jr., loving sons and their families, Fred and wife Norma, Mike and wife Leigh, Rob and wife Kris, grandchildren Matt Baker, Dustin Baker, Anna Baker Yarborough and Joseph Baker, and great grandchildren Logan, Aaron, Austin, Glacie, Saibree, Phillip and Ruby. Lila lived a wonderful life for which she will be truly remembered and missed. Her family, friends and pets were everything to her. She will be loved and missed by all.
