Larence R. Martin, age 78 of Clinton, passed away March 6, 2015 at his home. He was an US Army veteran. Larence worked as a heavy equipment operator for Shaw Trucking Company until his retirement. He enjoyed watching western movies and listening to books on tapes.
Preceded in death by his parents, Al Prince and Idella Cook Martin; brothers, Roscoe, Cliff and Ether Martin; sisters, Vernie and Edith Martin, Lorene Abner, Flossy Hunley.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 10th from 6-8 PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Graveside service with full military honors will be held at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery Thursday, March 12th at 11:30 AM.
