Kimmie Anthony Rowe, of Knoxville made the transition from this life to Eternity on February 3, 2016. He was a faithful member of Haven Chapel United Methodist Church. Kimmie was passionate about serving Jesus Christ and others. His love for people was unselfish and unmeasurable, he was always putting others' needs first. "May the life I live speak for me and I just want to be happy," was his everyday testimony. Kimmie was always happy, positive, encouraging, and praising God. To know Kimmie was to love him. A faithful servant of Jesus Christ to the end.
He was preceded in death by his paternal father Thomas L. Rowe; mother Robbie T. Reynolds; stepfather John W. Reynolds and nephew, Darian J. Brabson.
He leaves to cherish his memories the love of his life his children, daughter Shakimbra Star Rowe and son Kimmie Shadarious Rowe. Devoted siblings: Billy (Bea) Thomas, Gwendolyn Kirkland, Louis (Karen) Thomas, Debra (James) Brabson, Wanda Thomas, Pearl (Robert) Mountain, Darlene Frazier, Pamela (Johnny) Skinner, and Timothy (Bobbie) Rowe. Devoted Aunts: Zearlena Rowe, Lexington, MS. The love of his life, his girlfriend of 8 years Nina Ellis and children Tequan and Keona Ellis. A host of special nieces and nephews, great nieces, and nephews, cousins and other relatives, and friends. Special friends Reggie and Cle Wilcox, Tim Evans of Knoxville, Gabe and Tonja Bucca of Knoxville and the Claxton community. A very special and devoted Pastor and Mentor, Rev. Walter Cross.
