Kenneth David Lowe, age 66 of Oak Ridge, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2017 at his residence. He was born on March 29, 1951 to the late Elzeck Arvin and Mary Phillips Lowe in Fort Knox, KY. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in Vietnam. He enjoyed collecting coins and visiting with fiends. He will be dearly missed.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Merry Christmas Lowe, and Bernice (Lowe) Honeycutt.

He is survived by: daughter, Summer Leann Lowe; granddaughter, Autumn Lee Lowe; nephew, Eric Honeycutt; Sisters, Phyllis Smith, Vicky Raby, and Maggie Kirschman; brothers, Larry Lowe, Donald Lowe, Elzeck Lowe, and Jake Lowe.

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 5-7pm. Graveside services will be at the East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11:30 am with full military honors presented by the Campbell County Honor Guard. www.holleygamble.com
