Kenneth Burles Humphrey, age 87 of Norris, passed away at his home June 12, 2012. He was a long time member of Indian Gap Baptist Church. He retired from the Anderson County Highway Department. Bud loved to garden, loved beagle dogs and most of all loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gipson and Maggie Ezell Humphrey; brother, Clyde Humphrey; sisters, Elsie Hatley and Virgie Collins.

Grandchildren: Jody Humphrey and wife Kim of Elk Valley, Stacey Humphrey Arneach and husband Rick of Andersonville, and Marty Allen Humphrey and wife Brooke of LaFollette
Great Grandchildren: Robert Allen Humphrey, Colton Humphrey, Jessica Lively, and Conner Humphrey
Nieces and Nephews: Libby Wright of Tampa, FL, Carolyn Phillips of Maryville, Donnie Hatley of Maryville, and Sue Holt of Powell
Special friends: Brent Bailey and Rev. Jerry and Trula Walton
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 13th, from 6-8PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Jerry Walton officiating. Graveside service will be Thursday at 11:00AM at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Anderson County. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
