Kelly Lee Owens, Jr., age 59 of Knoxville passed away at his residence on Thursday, November 18, 2021.  He was born March 5, 1962 in Mars, PA and was a sign hanger at Neon Sign Company in Knoxville.  Throughout his life Kelly loved playing pool/billiards but most of all hanging out with his friends.

He is survived by a special friends, Gary & Kimberly Humphrey of Heiskell and their children, Levi, Addison, & Ava Humphrey and Beverly Humphrey of Heiskell.
