Karen Braden, age 66 of Lake City, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2011 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Karen was born in Anderson County, TN on July 10, 1944 to the late James and Eleanor White. Karen was a member of the Waldens View Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing, canning and cooking. Karen was a kind hearted lady who would help anyone. In addition to her parents, Karen is preceded death by her husband, Louis Braden

Special Friends..Grace Moore, Francis Phillips and the late Wanna Dugger
A host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 from 5-7PM with the funeral service to follow at 7:00PM with Rev. John Phillips officiating. Family and Friends will meet at the funeral home on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 9:15AM and go in funeral procession to the Indian Bluff Baptist Church Cemetery for an 10:00AM graveside service. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City in charge of all arrangements
