Junior Lee Davis, 69, a servant of the Lord, went to be with his Savior on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. He was born and raised in Sevier County and then served in the Navy before marrying the love of his life, Myra Cruze of Powell, TN. There the two loved and raised their children. Junior retired from the Oak Ridge National Security Complex after 34 years of service. He enjoyed his retirement by farming and hunting but mostly by loving and serving his family, friends and church.

Junior was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce; mother and father, Beulah and Luther Davis. He will be forever loved by his wife of 48 years, Myra Davis; children, Frank and Meg Davis, Amy and Michael Cassady, Dewayne and Geri Rader; grandchildren, Avery and Wyatt Davis, Samantha Cassady; brother, Hubert Davis; sisters, Alline McFall, Reva Carr; special friends, Larry and Harriette Bowling and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 5-7PM with the funeral service to follow at 7:00PM with Rev. Luke Kidwell officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 10:00AM and go in funeral procession to the Batley Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00AM interment.
