Julia Naomi Jennings, beloved daughter of Sam and Hilda Jennings, died Monday, March 17, 2014, at UT Hospital. She was born December 14, 1962.

Julie was a graduate of Clinton High School, where she played trumpet in the school band. She was a former member of St. Mark United Methodist Church in Clinton.

Julie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lonnie C. and Carrie Perkins Davis, and Vernal and Lora Jennings.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by sisters, Kathy Jennings Johnson and husband Michael of Knoxville, Dr. Rachel Ann Jennings of San Antonio, TX; brother, Daniel Jennings and wife Sheila of Clinton; nephew and niece, Landry and Amelia Jennings; several aunts, two uncles and numerous cousins.

The family wishes to thank all the staff of the ER and the MCC unit at UT Hospital for their excellent and compassionate care of Julie.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 20th from 5-7 PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow with Pastor John Anderson officiating. Interment will be Friday, March 21st at 10:00 AM at Grandview Memorial Garden. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
