Judy Rutherford, age 60 of Caryville, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at St. Mary's Medical Center in LaFollette. Judy was born on September 20, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Harold and Bessie Caldwell Anderson. Judy liked to bake and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her Grandchildren. She is prececed in death by: Parents, Harold and Bessie Caldwell Anderson; Daughter, Rita Ann Rutherford; Brother, Charles Anderson; Mother-In-Law, Christina Rutherford; Father-In-Law, James Clyde Rutherford; Brother-In-Law, Rick Smith; Sister-In-Law Patricia Lynn Rutherford.
