Joy Knight Stooksbury, age 65 of Murfreesboro, TN (former of Clinton) passed away May 14, 2011 at her residence. She was born June 6, 1945 in Anderson County.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stooksbury; daughter, Lorrie Ann Stooksbury; parents, James & Daisy Campbell Knight; brothers, Paul Ed, Leroy, Earl "Bus" & Cleo Knight.

Son: Anthony & Missy Stooksbury of Clinton, TN.

Grandchildren: Chris & Jagger Stooksbury

Great-Grandchildren: Isaiah, Zoey & Xavier Stooksbury

Sister: Lillie & Walter Harmon of Murfreesboro, TN.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 16, 2011 from 6-8PM at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral service following at 8:00PM with Rev. Tom Hatley officiating. Family & friends will meet at 10:30AM on Tuesday, May 17th at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery for graveside services.
