Joy Juanita Rice, age 88, of Clinton formally of South Carolina, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2014 at the University of Tennessee Hospital in Knoxville. Joy was born on March 9, 1926 in Anderson County, Tennessee to the late Samuel L. and Ruby Cox Foster. In addition to her parents Joy is preceded in death by, her beloved husband, Sam Rice; Brothers, S.L. and Ershal Foster; Daughter, Valorie Humphrey.
