Joseph Charles Goins, US Army Veteran, age 93, of Oak Ridge, TN passed away on November 23, 2024.  Joseph was born on February 20th, 1931, to the late Gertie Pratt and Rosco Goins.  He was preceded in death by his brother Biff and his sister Velma.

He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Donna Mae Goins (Jones), his sister Jean, his sister in law Dolly, his children Mike (Mary Ann), Sarah (Ronn), Tom (Belinda) and Margie (Jim).  His grandchildren Jacob, Becky (Steve), Heather, Jennifer, Joe (Beth), and Jaimie (Amber).  His great-grandchildren, Allie, Aidan, Bryson, Aria, Sammy, Dakota, Hannah, Camden, Charlie, Adley, Xander, Everly, and Andy. He was loved and admired by his entire family and will be missed.
