John F. Russell, age 65 of Knoxville, passed away Friday, June 13, 2014. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. John enjoyed life. He loved going on cruises, visiting the beach and spending time with his wife Kim and her family, the Evan's family. He was an avid knife collector.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John F. Russell, Sr. and Evelyn Mitchell Russell; sister, Angela Eble.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 17th from 6-8PM at Bethel Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Steve Evans and Rev. Darryl Taylor officiating.
