John D. Monday, age 32 of Knoxville, passed away January 23, 2014 at Park West Medical Center. He was a member and Elder of The Ridge Church in Oak Ridge. He was employed at SECO. John loved his family, especially his two sons, Jackson and Jude and was an avid Florida State fan.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Marjorie Monday and Hazel Baker.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 27th from 5-8PM at Calvary Baptist Church in Oak Ridge. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Bobby Williams officiating.
