John Garner Dugger, age 83, of Briceville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 14, 2016. He was born November 12, 1932 in Anderson County, Tennessee to the late Onzle S. and Cinda Wilson Dugger. John was a member of the Walden View Baptist Church, a Past Master and 32 second degree mason of the Crystal Lodge #616. He served in the United States Army as a Sergeant and then went on to work at Enrichment K-25 plant in Oak Ridge. John enjoyed fishing, 4-wheeling, boating and water skiing. Most of all John loved his family and he was loved so very much by his community, work and friends and will be dearly missed by all. In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his Identical Twin Brother, Franklin D. Dugger.

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Rocky Top on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 from 5-7PM with the funeral service to follow at 7:00PM with the Rev. David Walker, Rev. Charlie Green and Bro. Brandon Isabell officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 10:30AM and go in funeral procession to the Laurel Grove Cemetery for an 11:00AM interment with full military honors presented by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
