Obituary


Joe Mack Queener, age 73 of Lake City passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Knoxville. He was a member of Deep Springs Baptist Church. He retired from boilermakers. He enjoyed dancing and watching humming birds.

He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Edith "Huchie" Queener; parents, Ira D.& Esta Mae Hudson Queener; brother, Jerry Queener.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 18, 2010 from 6-8p.m. at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 8:00p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Garvin Walls officiating.
Interment will be Saturday, June 19th at 10:00a.m. at Sartin Cemetery in Heiskell. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
