Joe Garner, age 84, of Clinton passed away Friday, March 29, 2014 at his residence. Joe loved to pick and play bluegrass music, sing, and spend time with his family. He was born August 2, 1929 in Anderson County to the late Cannie Joe Garner, Sr. and Clara Huckaby Garner. In addition to his parents Joe is also preceded in death by, friend and mother of his children, Cleo Vivian Beets Garner; sister, Margaret Garner; brother, Lee Garner; granddaughter, Michelle Manis.

The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm, Monday, March 31, 2014 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel with Rev. Leland Mayfield officiating.
