Joe Bill Ausbine, age 75 of Caryville, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016 at the Cumberland Village Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lafollette. He was born on January 16, 1941 to the late Roy and Maggie Lee Sheffield Ausbine in Alva, KY. He was a United States Navy Veteran having served in Vietnam. He worked as a security guard for 18 years with Muarry Guard Inc.. He was talented bluegrass musician and played many instruments. He enjoyed being outdoors, camping, and did all of the cooking. He was of the protestant faith.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an infant brother.

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home on Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 6-8pm with the funeral service to follow at 8pm with the Rev. Pat Ayers officiating. Family and friends wishing to attend the graveside service will meet at the funeral home on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 10:30am and will go in funeral procession to the Queener Cemetery in Caryville for an 11am interment with full military honors presented by the Campbell County Honor Guard. www.holleygamble.com
