Joan Haley VanArsdall, age 81 of Lake City, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at her daughter and son-in-law's home where she has resided since 2012. Joan grew up in Norris. Later, she moved to Florida where she lived many years. She was married to her late husband, Lee McKee VanArsdall, for 46 years. She will be dearly missed.
