Ridenour, Joan Yarborough - age 73, Clinton, Tennessee passed away on June 18, 2012 at home. She worked with Ridenour Construction and TJR Developers until recently. Member of Willowbrook Baptist Church in Lake City, Tenn.


Preceded in death by husband, Robert "Bob" Ridenour, mother, Minnie Yarborough, father, Grover Yarborough and sister, Donna Reynolds.


Survivors: Daughter, Kim Friar of Knoxville; son, Mark and wife, Annette Ridenour of Andersonville; grandchildren, Ashley and husband, Bo Brister, of Powell, Andy and wife, Katie Friar of Knoxville; Devin, Damon, Dylan and Jamison Friar of Knoxville and Kaley Rae Ridenour of Andersonville. Brothers; Bill and sister-in-law Rita Yarborough; George and sister-in-law Jean Yarborough; Roger and sister-in-law Brenda Yarborough, Jerry and sister-in-law Lois Yarborough, Tim and sister-in-law Becky Yarborough all of Oliver Springs, Tennessee; A very special aunt, Trudy Massey of Williamsburg, Kentucky, and many loving nieces and nephews.


The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 20th from 1-2PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will be at 2 o'clock with Pastor Roger Leach officiating. Interment will follow at Norris Memorial Garden. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the UT Medical Center, Chaplain's Fund, 2121 Medical Center Way, Knoxville, TN 37920.
