Jimmy Stittums of Clinton passed away at his home on Saturday, January 11, 2025; he was a member of Jarnigan Chapel Baptist Church.  He loved the Lord and his family with all of his heart. Preceded in death by his mother and father, Carlos and Thelma Stittums brothers Jackie Dean, Sherman, Charlie Lee, Larry, Dennis, and Paul Stittums sisters Wanda Day, June Byrge, Maggie Allen, Josephine Pike, and Pearl Williams father in law Thomas Jarnigan, brothers in law Michael and David Jarnigan sisters in law Nancy Jarnigan and Rosie Jarnigan.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Dorothy Stittums; children Angelia Brown (Paul), Beth Lowe (Preston), and Joshua Stittums; grandchildren Allison Brown (Matt), Taylor Brown, Kaylee Woodell (Greg), Marissa Brown, Nicholas Lowe, McKenna Kettle (Kaleb), Aubrey Lowe,
greatgrandchildren Adler Woodell and Melody Nelson, mother-in-law Wilma Jarnigan, brothers-in-law Niel Jarnigan (Patsy), Johnny and Paul Jarnigan, several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 4:00-6:00 pm at Holley Gamble Funeral Home, funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home at 1:00 with interment to follow at Jarnigan Baptist Church cemetery.
