On July 4th, Jimmy Lee Silcox of Clinton went to be with his Lord and his Mom & Dad. Jimmy was disabled from Pathway Bellows in Oak Ridge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Rhoda Silcox; brother, Bedford Silcox; sister, Rose Mary Silcox and brother-in-law, Danny Smith.

He is survived by wife of 34 years, Debbie Silcox; his children, Jimmy Allan Silcox and wife Leslie of Caryville, Travis Nolan Silcox & wife Amanda, Heather Louise Scudder & husband Jonathan. His grandkids, Chanler and Chelsie Silcox, Emily Silcox, Trevor Scudder and Bryce Ross. His sister, Lelia Hall & husband Ronnie, Brenda Bunch & husband Cecil and Louise Smith. Brothers, Earl Herron & wife Sue, Virgil Jr. and wife Judy, Wallace and wife Tuesday. His mother-in-law and father-in-law, Nolan & Mary Lou Parrott. Several nieces & nephews and great friends, too many to mention.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 6-8PM at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 8:00PM with Rev. Rick Miller officiating. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
