Jewel Nuchols, age 67, passed away October 24, 2010 in Lewisville, Texas due to complications from Alzheimer Disease. She was born in Anderson County, a graduate from Oliver Springs High School, and was the office manager of Clinton Family Physicians for many years. Jewel loved gardening, socializing and helping others. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Preceded in death by her parents, Ova and Julia Seiber Bray; 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
