Jessie Duncan, age 65, of Clinton passed away November 6, 2015 at his residence. Throughout his life he loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren and family vacations to the beach. Preceded in death by parents, Elijah and Billie Duncan; sister, Pam Richardson.
