Jerry Robinson of the Blowing Springs Community in Clinton went to meet Jesus on February 28, 2018 at North Knoxville Medical Center.  He was born September 17, 1945 in Knoxville, Tennessee to the late William and Mable Robinson.  His last words were "Jesus is everything." He was a generous, honest, faithful, fun loving and kind son, husband, father, father-in-law, Papaw, neighbor and friend.  He was of the Christian faith. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his son, James Thomas Robinson; granddaughter, Ava Lynn Robinson.

He leaves behind to enjoy many precious memories wife, Jackie; daughter-in-law, Jennifer; grandchildren, Ayla Mae, J.T. and Eli Robinson; numerous relatives, neighbors and friends who he dearly loved and cared for.

The family would like to thank the surgeons, doctors, nurses, housekeeping and all the staff at Tennova North Medical Center for the loving care given to Jerry and his family during this difficult time.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 pm, Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home followed by his funeral service in the chapel with Rev. Roger Carter officiating.  His graveside will follow at the Woodhaven Memorial Garden.  His advice to us all is "Enjoy today, it's later than you think."
