Jerry Lynn Phillips, age 56 of Lake City, TN lost his battle with cancer on September 21, 2011. Mr. Phillips was born on May 1, 1955 in Anderson County, TN to the late Amos and Ora Mae Phillips. Jerry was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

He also leaves behind special friends and nephews Ricky Clowers, Ronnie Clowers, Brian Kennedy, Kevin Kennedy and special niece Lisa Clowers Smith and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City on Friday, September 23, 2011 from 6 to 8PM with the funeral service to follow at 8:00PM with the Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating. Family and friends will meet at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 10:30AM and go in funeral procession to the Leach Cemetery for an 11:00AM interment.
