Jerry "Moose" Brown, age 69, of Clinton passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014. Jerry was an engineer at Y-12 and ORNL where he later retired after 27 years of service. Jerry loved fishing and hunting but most of all spending time with his grandchildren. Jerry owned and operated Pop's Car Wash in Clinton. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1963 and Cumberland College in 1967 where he holds multiple basketball records at both. After graduating from Cumberland College he was drafted to the ABA with the Kentucky Colonels. Jerry was very active in the Clinton community and coaching youth basketball. Preceded in death by parents, Fred and Cecile Brown, first wife, Ann Walker Brown and daughter, Lucinda Sha Brown.

The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm, Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at First Baptist Church in Clinton with funeral services to follow with Rev. Stan Elliott and Rev. Oliver Wolfenbarger. His graveside service will be 11:00 am, Wednesday at Grandview Memorial Garden. In lieu of flowers Christian Service Center and the Shephard's Table at First Baptist Church, P.O.
