Jerry Lee Allred, age 68 of Heiskell passed away May 19, 2010 after a long illness. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and Valley Lodge #383. Jerry was chief of Police for Norris Public Safety for several years and also worked for the Anderson County Sheriff's Dept. as a deputy.

He was preceded in death by wife, Belva; parents, Jeanette & Clarence; grandmother, Maggie; and brothers, Gary & David.

Survived by daughters, Denise & husband Ron; Kimberly & husband Ronny.
Grandchildren, Jonathan & wife Heather, Elizabeth, Joshua, Jeremy and Jesse; great-grandsons, Bryce and Trevor; brothers, Richard & wife Sue, Mickey & wife Diane, Joe and Mark; sister, Glenda & husband J. D.; several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 22, 2010 from 6-8p.m. at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with Masonic service at 8:00p.m. followed with funeral service with Rev. David Bell officiating.

Family & friends will meet at 2:00p.m. on Sunday, May 23rd at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery for graveside services. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements
