Jennie Nelson Halsey, age 89, of Norris, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2013. She was a member of Norris United Methodist Church and retired from EG & G ORTEC in Oak Ridge as a secretary. She enjoyed flowering and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband of 46 years, George Halsey; parents, James and Maude Nelson; sister, Fesa Colletti; brothers, Glenn, Omar, and Lee Nelson; niece, Sue Bland.
