Sylvia Jean Percy, age 86, passed away on September 9, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Percy; Parents, Carl and Evelyn Ferguson; Sister, Geneva McCoy; and Stepson, Dwight Percy.

Survivors include:

Brothers: Danny Ferguson and wife Mira of Valrico, FL

Roy Ferguson and wife Suzanne of Sevierville, TN

Daughter: Linda Weaver of Johnson City, TN

Stepdaughter: Diane Percy Warner of Wassaic, NY

Stepdaughter-in-law: Terrie Percy of Trussville, AL

Granddaughters: Emma and Rebecca Percy also of Trussville, AL

Nephews: Pat McCoy

Vashon Ferguson

Niece:  Sonya Ferguson

No formal services will be held. In lieu of flowers, it was Jean's expressed desire that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
