JB Savage, born August 17,1954, left this life for the holy kingdom on August 30,2024. Preceded in death by parents Fred and Pauline (Shoupe) Savage; brother Michael; and sister Lisa.

Survived by his son Isaiah; step-daughter Amy Hooks; sisters Vergie and Kathey; longtime girlfriend Verda Ferber; and several family members and friends.

JB spent his adult life as a general contractor, building homes and developing neighborhoods. His vast knowledge could lead him to rebuilding boats, cars and machines, or rewiring both machines and homes alike. His greatest joys were fishing, cooking, working and spending time with the ones he loved. A Valley View United Methodist Church member, he loved the Lord and his church family.

A celebration of life will be held at Valley View UMC, 815 Old Edgemoor Ln., Clinton, TN on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 2pm, with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, a fund for the support of his son will be established, details to follow.

The family wishes to thank everyone who walked alongside JB during his 70 years on this earth. He was loved by many and his absence will always be felt.
