Jayden C. Moore, precious baby boy of Kathleen McCloud and Sean Moore. Jayden was born at 28 weeks and 3 days weighing 2 lbs 9 oz on February 8, 2016. He got a whole week to be loved by so many before God decided he needed to be home with his loved ones in heaven. Jayden will never be forgotten, his big brother Cayden and Jayden's twin Ayden will always know who their brother is and how special he truly was.
