Janet Kay Holbrook, age 60, of Oliver Springs was born September 20, 1954 went home to be with her heavenly father April 24, 2015. Janet was a loving mother, sister, friend and nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Lucy Phillips and brother, CJ Phillips.
