Janet Crutchfield, age 70, of Caryville, TN, was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, July 9, 2015. Born on June 7, 1945, Janet was of the Baptist faith and loved everything pertaining to angels. She loved spending time on her computer participating in Bible study groups, chatting with friends, playing games, watching movies, reading, and listening to Alan Jackson CD's. She also enjoyed visiting aquariums, spending time at the beach, eating out, and shopping.

Janet is preceded in death by her father, Archie Crutchfield and brother, Tony Crutchfield. She is survived by her beloved mother Mary Crutchfield; brother David Crutchfield and wife Debbie of Greenville SC; sister Teresa and husband Greg Adkins of Caryville, TN; sister Angie Crutchfield of Jacksboro, TN; Jackie and husband Fred Jones of Temple TX; treasured aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephew, great nephews and great nieces, and many friends.

The family wishes to express special thanks to the many wonderful care givers and therapists who lovingly cared for Janet over the years and became some of her dearest friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2015 followed by funeral services at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City, TN. Services will be officiated by Rev.
