James Vasco Hill, age 77, of Portage, IN formerly of Andersonville, TN passed away Friday, October 2, 2015 at his residence. He was a member of McKinley Mason Lodge; South Bend, Indiana Scottish Rite, and Orak Shrine. He retired from Local 977 & Local 150 as a heavy equipment operator. Preceded in death by wife, Shirley Hill; parents, Billy and Roselee Hill; daughters, Sherry Hill &Terry Hill; son, James Mark Hill
