Jim Stuart Valentine, age 72, of Andersonville, passed away October 3, 2015, at U.T. Medical Center. He was the owner and operator of Value Signs until his retirement. Jim then opened Rabbit Run Retreat in Andersonville.
Preceded in death by his parents, Stuart and Anne Valentine; sister, Betsey Fraser.
