James Keith Phillips "Big Head", age 37 of Jacksboro, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County. Keith was born on September 13, 1973 in Lafollette, Tennessee. He enjoyed working on his 1970 Chevy Nova known as "Peaches". Keith also loved watersports and spending time on the lake. He was well known for aggrevating and teasing his younger cousins. Keith will be dearly missed.

The family will receive friends at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City on Sunday, June 26, 2011 from 6-8PM with the funeral service to follow at 8:00PM with the Rev. Roger Leach officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Monday, June 27, 2011 at 10:15AM and proceed in funeral procession to the Campbell Memorial Gardens in Lafollette for a 11:00AM graveside.
