James "Jiggs" Mack Seivers Jr., age 90, of Clinton passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was born in Clinton, Tennessee on July 21, 1927 to the late James Mack Seivers Sr. and Hassie England Seivers. He attended church at the Faith Lutheran Church in Oak Ridge. Jiggs joined the Y-12 staff in 1953 in the security department, transferring to employee relations in 1962. He served there as an employee relations representative, employment supervisor, and head of the employment department. He was then named staffing manger, with overall responsibility for the centralized organization. A native of Clinton, Jiggs studied industrial management at the University of Tennessee and served two years in the United States Army. He was also a past member of the Anderson County Board of Education. In addition to his parents, Jiggs is preceded in death by, Brother, Hoyt Seivers.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 5-7PM at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton with the funeral service to follow at 7:00PM with Rev. Steve Misenheimer officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 26 at 10:30am and go in funeral procession to the Grandview Memorial Gardens for an 11:00AM interment.
